We are proud to offer a limited one-year warranty on our stoves and Freedom outdoor products. If the unit or its components are found faulty during this time, Freedom Stoves, LLC will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the customer for the component parts.
Things to Keep In Mind:
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase from an authorized Freedom Stoves, LLC dealer.
Warranty ownership can be transferred on Freedom pellet stoves, but voided if the stove leaves its original installation site.
Warranty is only valid if the Freedom product was purchased from an authorized Freedom Stoves, LLC dealer.
Keep Your Pellet Stove Warranty In Good Standing By:
Burning EPA-Certified fuel.
Following the operation instructions in your manual.
